No. Soul PVP Pack uses standard Java resource-pack textures and item models. No OptiFine, Fabric, or other mod is required.
The rendered totem is smaller during activation. The vanilla animation timing, movement, sound, and particles stay the same. The fixed display scale also makes totems smaller in item frames.
Yes. The pack makes the upper portion of the fire textures transparent, which lowers the first-person fire overlay and also changes how placed fire looks. Fire damage and gameplay are unchanged.
Yes. The old custom texture is removed. Soul uses the normal totem texture from Minecraft and only shrinks the held model to 50% of its vanilla size. Inventory size stays normal. If another selected pack replaces the totem texture, its artwork can still show through.
Every download includes an original pixel font with a pale-purple gradient for basic Latin letters, digits, and punctuation. Other characters fall back to Minecraft’s font. Minecraft text colors still tint the glyphs, so colored chat and labels can appear darker; this does not change team or chat color settings. Force Unicode Font switches back to the vanilla Unicode font. The website uses a complementary, locally hosted Silkscreen font.
Yes. Put Soul PVP Pack above your other packs in the Selected list so its shield models, totem model, fire textures, and font take priority. Other packs that replace the same assets can conflict.
Three separate downloads are provided: Java 1.21–1.21.1, Java 1.21.2–1.21.3, and Java 1.21.4. Choose the one that matches your game. Other versions and Bedrock Edition are not included.
